This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It sets the rules for listings and conduct and offers guidance to help you stay safe. Moderation is at our discretion and does not make us responsible for any transaction.

Our role

Sajha Haat is a neutral venue. We provide rules and moderation tools but are not a party to any deal and do not verify users or items. We may review, refuse, edit, remove or delay any content and restrict any account at our discretion, and we are not obliged to monitor content.

Prohibited items

Do not list, offer or seek: weapons, ammunition and explosives; illegal or controlled drugs; wildlife and protected species or their products; stolen, counterfeit or smuggled goods, or anything you have no right to sell; sexual services or any content that exploits a minor; identity or government documents and currency where prohibited; unlawfully offered medical or pharmaceutical products; and anything otherwise illegal.

Prohibited conduct

No harassment, threats, hate speech or impersonation; no publishing another person’s private information; no scraping, bulk data collection or interference with the service or its moderation; no creating listings or accounts to evade a removal or restriction; and no off-platform schemes that use the service to defraud.

Staying safe

Meet in a safe, public place and bring someone where possible. Inspect the item and verify documents and ownership before paying. Be cautious with advance payments, deposits and couriers, and never share one-time codes, passwords or card numbers. Keep records on the service where possible. This guidance does not shift risk to us or make us responsible for any transaction.

Reporting

Use the report action or the contact form to report a listing, user or message. We review reports at our discretion and may remove content, restrict accounts and preserve records for safety and legal purposes, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. We do not guarantee any outcome or response time, though we aim to act on serious safety reports quickly.
